Michaela Kotrova a Violeta Bakardjieva-Mihaylova attended a 3-day intensive course at Life Technologies in Darmstad, Germany on March 6 - 8, 2013. This course was concentrated on sequencing with our newly acquired Ion PGM. They were lucky :-) - everything what possibly could go wrong went wrong. This way, they learned to solve many unusual situations that could come up. The weather was nice and they got the chance to see the city and its surroundings.
